On March 18, 2023, one of our ephemeral experiences will take place in an idyllic and special natural environment; on the olive farm of more than 400 years. Through Premium Olive Oil Nousegons and the beloved Meritxell Gené, catalan singer and songwriter, we will enjoy four unique hours to try, share and connect.

GUIDED TOUR AND THE ROOTS OF NOUSEGONS

We will start by discovering one of the olive farms with more history of Nousegons surrounded by forests and organic plants. The recovery process, sustainable management and the manual olive harvesting system to be able to produce a Premium Olive Oil.

HEDONIC TASTING AND THE AROMAS OF OLIVE OIL

We will enter the surprising world of Olive Oil through its aromas and a playful tasting of Premium Olive Oil Nousegons 2023.

MARIDAJE GASTROMUSICAL

Clara, winemaker of the winery Olivera, will be in charge of presenting three of its wines paired with artisan cheeses from Robert of Formatges Camps (cheeses). We will let ourselves be carried away by the musical harmonization of the Catalan artist Meritxell Gené.

CALÇOTADA BETWEEN OLIVE TREES

We will finish with the first calçotada on the El Grau estate with local and seasonal products.
