The second fleeting experience RITA Nousegons x Soraya Martes will take place next May 6 from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Grau property in Espluga Calba, Lleida. Eight hours of disconnection to connect only with the here and now.

INFUSIONED COFFEE

It will begin with an immersion in coffee infused with Blai Delsams, responsible of Delsams Torrefacció Artesana de Cafès.

YOGA AND MEDITATION

Next, yoga and meditation class with ecological mats from Etnics guided by Soraya Martes, yoga teacher and founder Svatma Ashtanga Yoga Lleida.

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL AND HEALTHY FOOD

There will also be a trip to the aromas of the oil through a playful tasting of the Nousegons Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil by the hand of our sommelier Adrià Dalmau. In addition, to discover the OOVE applications to achieve healthier preparations.

HEALTHY FOOD

Arr​​​​​​​ived at the equator of the day, it will be time to enjoy a healthy meal among olive trees. Onefree buffet with products from the territory in which each participant will create their balanced plate.

OILS​​​​​​​ AND AROMATIC PLANTS

The experience will end with a tour of the wooded environment of the farm to collect wild medicinal plants and with a workshop for the preparation and maceration of oils with curative properties led by Dolors and Ariadna of Agalla Natural.
